Multidiscipline (architectural, civil, structural, and MEP) project manager for more than 1300 construction projects including 150 federal government agency construction projects as large as $10,500,000.00 and the designer and Engineer of Record for the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical (MEP) construction for most of these projects.
