Yaniv Schiff is the Director of Digital Forensics at Forensicon, Inc. (a QDiscovery Company). As Director of Digital Forensics, Yaniv has responsibility and oversight for all digital forensic investigative and technical consulting services. He is also the lead testifying expert for most digital forensics cases involving trade secret theft, high profile investigations, and matters involving spoliation. Yaniv coordinates and manages all e-discovery engagements and has facilitated and overseen collection projects involving hundreds of devices and geographically dispersed custodians. He has appeared through deposition or testimony in local, state and federal courts. He has been qualified as an expert witness in several states including Illinois, Indiana, Arkansas, and Texas.
