Dr. Scholz has over 20 years of experience in economic analysis of engineering problems, risk analysis, businesses, farm operations, wildlands fire and conservation easement evaluations, household incomes, loss of wages, pricing and predatory pricing in international trade including tariffs, quotas and other mechanisms of restricting trade. She has conducted risk analysis in the oil and gas industry and evaluated commissioning procedures in the petrochemical industry. Her experience includes pipeline replacement cost analysis, hydrostatic testing and in-line inspection. She has given depositions and testified in court.
