Richard Baker has been working in the lead-based pain t (LBP) industry since 1976. He has assisted in writing and reviewing many of the federal, state and local regulations, laws, ordinances, and standards addressing LBP related issues.
He has taught thousands of accredited courses to people wanting to become certified/licensed in: LBP Inspections; Lead Hazard Risk Assessments; LBP Abatement; Lead Hazard Control; Lead Safe Work Practices; and, Lead Safety During Renovation, Repair and Painting.
He is generally considered to be one of the Nation's foremost authorities on all LBP related issues.
