Mr. Kelly has offered expert testimony in the preservation, extraction, analysis and presentation of digital media in several State of Michigan Courts and the US District Court ( Eastern and Western District ) of Michigan. Mr. Kelly's work has included corporate intellectual property theft, evidence spoliation, computer use violation, electronic discovery, criminal defense (child pornography, fraud, murder), and examinations and consulting for law enforcement.
