Dr. Roberts evaluates most all types of Psychological and Neuropsychological injuries in civil litigation. These include Brain Injuries, Post Traumatic Stress, Toxic Exposure, Discrimination, Mental Competencies, Pain Syndromes, and Disabilities. He is also experienced in criminal litigation regarding Mens Rea issues and Criminal Responsibility.
Dr. Roberts works on an evidence based model when evaluating claims. He provides reports and testimony based upon objective standards from psychological and neuropsychological testing along with references for the scientific basis of his opinions.
Dr. Roberts also trains attorneys in the Standards of Practice for Psychologists and the process of questioning mental health professionals at deposition and trial. He is available as either a retained or non-retained expert to assist with litigation. He has an extensive background in Psychological Testing and consults on issues regarding the reliability and validity of testing that may or may have not been used in a case.

Dr. Roberts has been working in the field of psychology for over 40 years. He as been practicing forensic psychology and neuropsychology for over thirty years. He has been involved in over three thousand forensic cases. He has given over 300 depositions. He has been qualified in all local State and Federal Courts. He routinely works for both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation.
