Prosthetics:
O'Connor Orthopedics can fulfill most prosthetic requests with the exception of ocular devices and some facial prosthetic devices. We specialize in lower limb amputees and work with patients young & old.
Using both older techniques blended with new technology we have found that we are able to fit even the toughest of patient with great outcomes. We are fluent in computer controlled prosthetics including mio-electric upper extremity amputees such as the BeBionic hand. We also do many lower limb prosthetics and work a lot with elevated vacuum systems and computer controlled ankles and knees such as the Otto Bock C-Leg.
Orthotics:
O'Connor Orthopedics can fulfill all orthotic needs both off the shelf and custom. We work with many local physical therapist's and rehabilitation hospitals including Health South Tustin Rehab.
Our trained & certified on staff orthotists use a variety of outcome studies to fully evaluate all patient's before deciding what orthotic good will suite them best. We can fit custom knee braces, AFO's and a variety other splints, orthosies, and braces for a variety of maladies.
We have found over the years that by blending both old and new treatment modalities we can greatly increase patient outcomes and end up with happier patients.
