Ms. Franks' experience spans more than twenty-five years in industrial and commercial multi-site and multi-packaged phased real property assessments, characterization, clean-up and closure within the commercial, industrial, oil and gas and healthcare industries. Ms. Franks is charged with overall business management of the firm and oversees and reviews much of the technical work performed by TGE’s staff of professionals. Her expertise encompasses industrial compliance auditing; oil and gas real estate clean-up; underground storage tank project management; asbestos consulting; lead-based paint management; and industrial hygiene/indoor environmental quality consulting including mold/fungus assessment, testing, and remediation consulting.

As Senior Technical Advisor, she has been involved in thousands of real property investigations; many of which have involved remediation/closure projects within Texas and throughout the United States.
