He currently performs forensic economic analysis in support of litigation in cases of personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, medical malpractice, and mortgage fraud/damaged credit. In addition, he has assisted attorney’s clients who are considering disability policy buyout options. He also provides alternative dispute resolution services (mediation and collaborative methods), as well as financial planning & investment advisory services for individuals, and, on occasion, financial consulting services for the federal government.
Mr. Rosenberg is a widely recognized expert in applying discount rate methodologies to
calculate damage awards in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has been published three times in peer-reviewed journals on topics related to this important issue, twice in the Journal of Forensic Economics, and once in The Earnings Analyst.
