Dr. Passman has provided expert witness services in a wide range cases including the alleged adverse effects of metalworking aerosol exposure, biodeterioration of fuel systems, and alleged adverse health affects of landfills on groundwater supplies.

BCA’s primary mission is to educate our clients so that they can recognize the symptoms of microbial attack (biodeterioration) and take timely, effective action to minimize that impact. In support of this mission, BCA offers technical, marketing and expert witness consulting services.
