Experience:
Stainless Valve Co. is a specialty valve manufacturer, who engineers the products for the specific applications. We are mainly replacing ball valves with our products but also knife gate or wedge gate and others. We produce relatively large size valves between 4" and 72" diameter, 150#, 600#, 900# and 1500# service, ANSI, JIS and Metric. Most of the valves are automated, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric. We manufacture low temperature valves for applications up to 450 deg F, medium temperature valves up to 1200 deg F and high temperature to 2000 deg F.

We manufacture our products in stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, SMO, even carbon steel or any other material available in plate.

We are not a manufacturer of cheap off the shelf type of valves but get involved when such valves fail earlier than one year.

For the past twenty-five years our valves have been used in the pulp industry and the chemical industry very successfully. Lately we started to supply to the mining, power generation and the food industry. We have supplied in the USA, Canada, Norway, Indonesia, Switzerland, Venezuela, Mexico, Taiwan and India.

Stargate O-Port ®, Big Blow, Big Cap, Big Knife, Big Screen and Big Wafer are our trade names. The valves are used specially in applications where other valves do not perform, have a life span of less than a year or cause high maintenance cost.

We also supply automatic screen changers and hose pumps.

The “SVC Anti-Scale Valves” valves have been developed initially for use as isolation valves on liquor heaters on continuous digesters in pulp manufacturing. They have then been used extensively in various applications in the Pulp and Paper industry and also in other industries, like food and gold mining.

Depending on the applications we guarantee our valves for three years, sometimes ten years.
