Sean is an accomplished General and Operations Manager with an impressive track record in the successful start-up, reorganization, and turnaround of public and privately-owned companies both domestic and international. He has managed several companies, and has been utilized for Heavy Equipment & Fleet operations; Truck, Rail, & Barge Management; Multi-site Operations; Plant Management; Legal & Regulatory Compliance, and more. He engaged in due diligence of waste and recycling companies, identified E&P disposal, recycling and processing facilities for sale and negotiated terms. He assumed P&L and management leadership for an underperforming oilfield services business unit, leading operations due diligence of an $80 Million acquisition of a key competitor, and testified before the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC. He lead the operational due diligence and post-acquisition activities leading to the successful evaluation, acquisition and integration of 40+ companies over an 18 month period.
